Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to handle your request. It is never sold, shared or used for any other purpose.

Data controller

The data controller is Société Gafsou, a sole proprietorship whose registered office is at 53 rue d’Avron, 75020 Paris. Full details appear in the legal notice.

Data we collect

When you complete the quote form, we collect:

  • your first and last name;
  • your phone number;
  • your email address, if you choose to provide one;
  • the address of the job concerned;
  • the types of work you need, your preferred start time and your description of the job;
  • any files you choose to attach (photos, videos, plans, PDFs).

Purpose and legal basis

This information is used solely to handle your request, contact you back and, where relevant, prepare a quotation. The legal basis is your consent, given explicitly when you submit the form, together with pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Recipients

Your information is intended for Société Gafsou. It passes through technical providers acting on our behalf: a transactional email service, a database and file hosting provider, and — if you write to us that way — the WhatsApp messaging service. Nothing is passed on for commercial or advertising purposes.

How long we keep it

Requests that lead nowhere are kept for three years from the last contact. Where a quotation is signed, data relating to the job is kept for the statutory period applicable to commercial and accounting records.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as a right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to us by email or by post to our registered office. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and analytics

Until you give your consent, the site sets only the cookies it needs to function. Analytics and advertising tools are activated only after explicit consent, and you can change your mind at any time using the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.

No data entered in the form — name, phone number, email, address or job description — is ever sent to analytics tools.
