A leak rarely shows where it starts. Before taking anything apart, we look for the source: a seal, a fitting, a hose, a waste pipe, a buried run. That step avoids opening a wall for nothing and makes for an honest estimate.
We work across a home’s whole water system: supply, waste, sanitary fittings and electric hot water. In a block of flats, we set out clearly what falls inside your property and what belongs to the communal parts.
