Flat renovation
From refreshing a rental studio to renovating a whole flat: every trade involved, one person to talk to.
A renovation that goes well is a renovation done in the right order. Strip-out, services, partitions, floors, finishes: each stage sets up the next. Because we carry out the plumbing, the electrics and the finishes ourselves, the schedule does not hang on a chain of subcontractors.
Before pricing anything, we visit. It is the only way to judge the state of the existing services, what the floors and walls are made of, and the building’s own constraints — lift access, working hours, block rules.
We work for owner-occupiers as much as for landlords and letting agents, on straightforward specifications as well as on more carefully detailed finishes.
