Repairs and renovation in Vincennes
Vincennes is a few minutes from our workshop on rue d’Avron. It is one of the towns we work in most regularly.
The building stock in Vincennes mixes pre-war apartment blocks, post-war residences and town houses. Each raises its own questions: cast-iron waste pipes in the older buildings, cramped service risers in the residences, ageing services in the houses.
Many of our jobs in Vincennes are family flat renovations: a bathroom and a kitchen redone at the same time, often with the layout partly reworked. Having the plumbing, the electrics and the finishes done by the same firm removes the weeks of waiting between trades.
