A leak, a power failure, a door that will not open: we come out Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm, in Paris and the neighbouring towns.
A call-out is judged on two things: how quickly someone answers you, and how well the repair holds. We handle requests the same day, and we take the time to find what actually caused the problem rather than hiding the symptom.
In most cases a clear description over the phone and a few photos are enough to prepare properly: we arrive with the right parts, which avoids a second visit.
If the repair uncovers something larger — pipework to replace, a consumer unit to bring up to standard, a bathroom to redo — we can carry on with the works, with the same person in charge.
